Your current role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Lead to lead a team of SAP developers delivering complex solutions across SAP CRM, IS-U, and integrated cloud platforms. This role is responsible for technical solution design, development governance, team leadership, stakeholder management, and driving continuous improvement across SAP applications and services.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications, key skills and experience required Must have skills/experience:

- Extensive experience in leadership of technical teams with a challenging of array of developers to manage.
- Proven record of people and team development experience.
- Solid technical design skills and understanding of architectural patterns.
- Solid SAP development skills across different components and applications.
- Experience in running systems and applications in a cloud environment.
- Highly passionate about new technology, innovation, improvement and optimization.
- High-quality interpersonal skills in both written and verbal communication.
- High-quality stakeholder management skills.
- Good escalation management skills.
- Demonstrated intellectual maturity in problem-solving, tough-mindedness, resilience,



can do/make it happen attitude, open-mindedness, and ability to manage pressure.

Nice to have skills/experience:

- Minimum of 10 years of SAP development experience.
- SAP development experience of ABAP OO, Web UI BOL/GENIL, BOPF, BADIs, etc.
- SAP experience of NWGW/Fiori Frontend Server, XI/PI/PO, Cloud Platform.
- Proven experience with Microsoft technology (Azure, C#, SQL Server, etc.)
- Digital development experience of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Python, etc.
- Experience with Database development and administration.
- Experience in testing automation and test-driven development.
- Good appreciation for Agile project methodologies.
