An exciting opportunity to join a large-scale enterprise transformation program delivering a modern workforce management and rostering solution across a complex organisation. This high-profile project is focused on streamlining rostering, timekeeping, leave management and workforce processes through the implementation of UKG Pro WFM, creating operational efficiencies and improved employee experiences across the business
Your new role
As the UKG Pro WFM Functional Lead, you will lead the functional implementation workstream and provide day-to-day leadership to a team of Business Analysts. You will be responsible for driving functional requirements gathering, solution design, configuration activities, testing support, deployment readiness and stakeholder engagement.Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the UKG Pro WFM functional implementation workstream.
- Managing and mentoring Business Analysts to deliver project outcomes.
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
- Overseeing functional documentation, configuration workbooks and reporting requirements.
- Supporting solution design across workforce management modules including timekeeping, scheduling, leave, accruals and payroll integrations.
- Coordinating testing activities, user acceptance testing and deployment readiness.
- Working closely with technical, integration, data, testing and change teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and workforce automation
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience leading UKG Pro WFM, Kronos or similar workforce management implementations.
- Strong experience managing Business Analysts and coordinating functional workstreams.
- Extensive knowledge of workforce management solutions including rostering, scheduling, leave, accruals, forecasting and time & attendance.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, including BRDs, FSDs and user stories.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, risks and dependencies in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience configuring UKG Pro WFM, including Australian Awards and Enterprise Agreements, will be highly regarded.
- UKG Pro WFM certifications are desirable.
