Siblings@Kirra Pty Ltd, is part of an established hospitality group, and we are currently seeking an experienced full-time Chef to join our associated entity, The Trustee for Cianci Family Trust, trading as Hanks@Kirra, located in Kirra on the Gold Coast.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals, contributing to menu development and supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

Skills and experience

The successful applicant must have:

1. a relevant Diploma or higher qualification in Commercial Cookery or a related field;
2. at least one year of relevant work experience as a Chef;
3. sound knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations and food safety requirements;
4.



the ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment;
5. strong organisational and time-management skills; and
6. the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.

5. Salary: $75,000–$90,000 plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience
