A dynamic, growing business based in Tyabb, looking to fully leverage its investment in Oracle Finance following a recent ERP implementation. This is a fast-paced, high-volume, operating in a deadline-driven environment where speed and accuracy are critical.

The Role

A 6-month contract for a Finance Systems Specialist to serve as the key bridge between business strategy and system capability. Rather than focusing on day-to-day bug fixes, this position centers on unlocking the full potential of Oracle Fusion. Key responsibilities include:

- Optimising financial planning, budgeting, and FP&A; processes within the system.
- Building advanced management reporting, interactive dashboards, and tailored analytics.
- Partnering with finance stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Educating and upskilling the internal Finance team to embed best-practice workflows and drive system adoption.

Your Profile

You bring a robust background in finance (e.g., Management Accountant, FP&A; Analyst, or Finance Systems Specialist) paired with deep hands-on Oracle Fusion expertise. You possess a commercial mindset,



understand how to translate business needs into system capabilities, and excel at helping teams work smarter.

The ideal candidate isn't an Oracle technician, they're a Finance person who really understands Oracle Fusion and can unlock more value from the system.
