Day to Day Operations

- Follow directions of relevant Manager.
- Liaise with Customers and Subcontractors as instructed.
- Ensure protected and efficient operations of a variety of tasks involved with loading and transport.
- Follow Company procedures around the application of products.

General Duties

- Maintain Equipment to meet Company Standards.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities using worksheets.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and collected.
- Complete all relevant site access procedures.
- Undertake all required training.
- Record and report weekly timesheets to relevant Manager.

Reporting and Communication





- Communicate suspected problems or changes immediately
- Participate in Toolbox Meetings

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Current Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

Requirements:

- HR or higher-class driver's licence is required.
- White Card
- Telehandler Licence (Highly Desirable)
- Ability to complete a Medical and Drug and Alcohol.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in difficult working conditions having exposure to dust, loud noise and extreme temperatures.
- Industry experience is highly desirable.
- We will train suitable candidates in spray truck and hydromulching operations.

- Machine Operator: Operating equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Safety First: Ensured safe and efficient completion of a variety of tasks that are involved in with loading, unloading, transport and logistics, following the ISO Health & Safety Management Systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
