An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional State Manager to join a globally recognised women's fashion brand experiencing significant growth across Australia.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business in an exciting phase of expansion and play a key role in building and scaling the state retail business .

We are looking for a commercially strong, people-focused retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of rapid retail growth, store rollouts and high-performing teams .

THE CHANCE

Reporting to the senior retail leadership team, you will take ownership of driving profitable growth across the state while building the people, culture, capability and operational foundations required to support continued expansion.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading a rapidly growing retail business
- Building, recruiting and developing your own high-performing team
- Driving sales, profitability and exceptional customer experience
- Leading new store openings and supporting ongoing store development
- Establishing strong operational disciplines and scalable processes
- Recruiting, training and developing new teams as the business expands
- Building a culture of accountability, performance and genuine customer satisfaction
- Partnering closely with local and international teams




- Identifying opportunities to continually improve, evolve and scale the business

This is a high-energy, hands-on leadership role . You'll be expected to move quickly, make things happen and continuously raise the standard as the business grows.

You are an accomplished retail leader who brings:

- Proven State Management experience – essential
- A strong track record in rapid retail expansion and store rollouts
- Experience leading high-performing, multi-site retail teams
- Strong commercial and operational capability
- A passion for developing people and building exceptional teams
- A genuine obsession with customer experience and brand
- The ability to operate at pace and adapt quickly
- An owner's mindset – highly accountable, loyal and commercially driven
- A hands-on, energetic and highly visible leadership style
- The ability to influence and partner across local and international teams
