A new women's retail store in Northbridge is looking for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of the store and make it their own.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused retail leader who enjoys building teams, driving sales and creating a strong store culture from the ground up. The perfect candidate is someone who can keep up with a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong operational, customer service and presentation standards.

You will pay a key role in establishing the store, developing the team and driving its success within the local area.

What You'll be Responsible For Take full ownership of the stores day-to-day operations and performance

Lead, coach and develop the team to maximise performance

Motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve commercial results

Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement

Maintain strong visual merchandising standards in line with brand expectations

Oversee administration, stock management and general store operations

Analyse store performance and use KPI results to identify opportunities for improvement

Lead by example on the shop floor and remain hands-on during busy trading periods

Build a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture

About You

We're looking forward someone who has:





Previous Store Management or retail leadership experience A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs

Excellent staff coaching and development skills

Confidence managing team performance and having difficult conversations when required

Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales

Excellent organisational and time-management skills The ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume store

Strong visual merchandising skills and an eye for detail The initiative and drive to build something from the ground up A genuine desire to take ownership and make the store their own

This is a rare role, working a Monday-Friday roster with no late night trade or public holidays worked.
