About the role:

We are looking for an experienced retailer to lead the Essendon Adelaide team in a full-time capacity as Store Manager.

Working full-time from Tuesday - Saturday, this position provides the opportunity for someone to play a key role in leading our team and ensuring an authentic customer experience. We seek a dedicated leader committed to developing their team and driving sales. You'll have the opportunity to nurture talent, create a positive store culture, and contribute to the continued growth of our brand.

As Store Manager, you'll:

- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
- Drive sales and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support the training and recruitment of excellent talent into the team
- Act as a brand ambassador leading by example in presentation, styling, and customer experience
- Create visually appealing store displays
- Manage store administration, operations,



and loss prevention

- Has management experience in retail with stories of success

- Is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and training abilities
