We pride ourselves on quality, safety, innovation and delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Storeman to join our growing team in Dandenong South. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, inventory management and production support functions. The position includes receiving goods, inventory control, order picking, dispatch and maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment.

About the role To demonstrate a high level of warehousing and inventory management skills. The Storeman reports to the Stores Supervisor and is responsible for warehouse operations including receiving, processing, storing, and dispatching stock products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Check stock for damage and wear, report faults and discrepancies to relevant parties, and mark and label stock
- Process inbound and outbound shipments (e.g. sorting, loading and unloading goods)
- Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places




- Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
- Periodically inspect Forklift and Walker Stacker to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

About you

Essential

✅ Current Forklift Licence ✅ Previous warehouse or stores experience

✅ Strong inventory control and stock management skills

✅ Excellent attention to detail

✅ Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Strong communication and organisational skills

✅ Commitment to workplace safety and housekeeping standards

Desirable

- Experience using MYOB EXO or similar ERP systems
- Knowledge of Kanban inventory systems
- Experience within manufacturing, electrical or industrial environments
