We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead and optimise our logistics and transportation operations in Brisbane. This role is ideal for a practical leader who enjoys being on the floor and driving safe, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily logistics and transportation operations.
n
- Lead, coach, and support drivers and warehouse staff.
n
- Actively participate in hands-on operational tasks as required.
n
- Manage fleet operations, scheduling, and route optimisation.
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and company policies.
n
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
n
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
n
- Manage inventory flow, loading/unloading, and yard operations.
n
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or operations management.
n
- Valid Forklift Licence (LF) – mandatory.
n
- Hands-on approach and willingness to work on the floor.
n
- Strong understanding of transport regulations and safety standards.
n
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
