The Role

As a key member of our management team, you will:

- Collaborate with the Showroom and General Retail Manager to drive performance and exceed sales targets
- Inspire, coach, and mentor a talented team of jewellery consultants
- Lead from the front, closing sales and delivering exceptional customer service
- Foster long-term relationships with loyal clientele and new luxury customers
- Contribute to team culture and uphold the Solid Gold Diamonds brand values

About You





You’re a confident and well-presented professional with a strong background in luxury sales. You bring:

- Proven retail leadership and team development experience
- A track record of exceeding personal and team sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for fine jewellery and the ability to convey its story and value
- Prior experience with a manufacturing jeweller is highly regarded, but not essential
