The opportunity

We are seeking a Rehabilitation State Manager to lead our ACT Injury Management and Rehabilitation division. This is a rare leadership opportunity and an ideal fit for an experienced occupational rehab/workers compensation professional, passionate about leading people, owning strategic growth and delivering superior RTW performance.

You will be part of a growing, dynamic and successful management team, and part of a company with a strong collaborative and supportive culture. With a growing multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals across ACT, you will lead a very established and expanding state in delivering the highest quality of Injury Management and Rehabilitation services.

This is a full time role based in our Deakin office balanced with flexible working options.

The Purpose Of The Role Is To

n

n
- Manage our People - our people are at the heart of our business! This role requires a leader who is passionate about the development of a successful and expanding ACT team.
n
- Oversee the ACT management team's day-to-day service delivery of our rehabilitation services, ensuring consistently timely, value-laden and customer focused service delivery.
n
- Drive operational performance deliverables for ACT, including customer performance outcomes,



revenue growth and customer engagement.
n
- Working with the wider management team, establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan, working closely with our executive team to continue the growth of our branch network.
n
- Act as lead point of contact for our ACT Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.
n
- Partner with national and state resources in customising and maximising efficiency and innovation in service delivery processes, supporting capability for growth.

About You

n

n
- Mandatory; Allied Health background - OT/EP/PT/Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Nurse with at least 5 yrs workplace rehabilitation experience;
n
- Mandatory; +3 years people management experience in an occupational rehab or personal injury industry related business;
n
- Strong, current ACT Workers Compensation legislation knowledge;
n
- A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement in service delivery and outcomes performance;
n
- A commitment to maintaining and promoting the existing positive culture within our team;
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team, state and business;
n
- Passion for delivering growth through building sustainable new partnerships; and:

- A current Police Check.
