Endeavour Foundation offers permanent roster lines at our SIL homes in Palmwoods. These are 20–50-hour fortnights on a permanent schedule with a mix of days, afternoons and sleepover supports, with opportunities to pick up extra shifts when available.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will help people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, supporting daily living tasks, personal care, meal planning and community access.
