Key Responsibilities

- Lead penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and secure code reviews.
n
- Identify critical vulnerabilities, attack paths and security risks.
n
- Provide technical leadership for application security and secure development.
n
- Promote Shift-Left Security and security automation.
n
- Translate technical vulnerabilities into transparent business risks and remediation actions.
n
- Mentor security team members and maintain high-quality security assessment standards.
n
- 8+ years of Security Testing experience.
n
- Strong Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessment experience.
n




- Strong Application Security & Secure Code Review skills.
n
- Experience with SAST, SCA and vulnerability scanning tools.
n
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD security and security automation.
n
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, threat modelling, logging and monitoring.
n
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
n
- OSCE/OSWE/CREST-level capability or equivalent.
n
- OSCP, OSCE3, OSWE, CREST, SANS, CISSP or CCSP certifications.
n
- Experience with security architecture, external vendors and exploit development.
