Position Overview: The Project Manager and Estimator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete projects, from initial estimation through to completion. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for concrete projects.

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any challenges that arise.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all project phases.

Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and conditions.

Prepare and present project proposals to clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in project management and estimation within the concreting industry is a benefit.

Strong knowledge of concrete materials, processes, and construction methods.

Proficient in project management software and cost estimation tools.
