Bloom Hearing Specialists in Capalaba (QLD) is seeking a customer-facing team member to support our hearing clinics. You will handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries, book appointments with our audiologists, and guide customers through hearing devices and accessories.

Applicants should have 2+ years in customer service in retail or allied health, be proficient with CRM software, and work well in a cooperative team while able to operate independently when needed.
