Join a highly respected South Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the community. We are seeking an experiencedAccounts Payable & Accounts ReceivableManager to lead our clients' finance operations on a 7-month fixed-term contract.

This is a key people leadership role responsible for ensuring effective, accurate and compliant finance operations, while supporting continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.

About the Role
n
You will:
n
n
- Lead, coach and develop finance team members
n
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
n
- Provide financial insights, including debtor reporting, and support complex reconciliations.
n
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, processes and internal controls.
n
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and service quality.
n
- Provide expert advice and support across finance operations.
n
n
About You
n
You will bring:
n
n
- Demonstrated experience across accounts payable and accounts receivable.
n
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls and reporting.
n
- Proven people leadership experience, including developing teams and providing constructive feedback.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.
n
- Experience with financial/enterprise systems and process improvement.
n
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
n
n
Desirable:
n
Experience with NDIS funding, billing and revenue processes. Experience within disability, health, community services or not-for-profit sectors will be valued.

This role is offered on a 0.8FTE for an initial 7 Month contract. After training, there is the option to WFH 1 day per week.
