We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales team member to join our team in Hindmarsh. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, thrives in a fast-paced branch environment, and wants to grow their career with one of Australia's leading electrical wholesalers. As a key part of the branch team, you'll play an important role in supporting customers, driving sales and delivering outstanding service every day. About The Role

- Delivering friendly, professional and efficient service to customers
n
- Processing customer orders, enquiries and quotations accurately and promptly
n
- Building strong relationships with customers and developing a transparent understanding of their needs
n
- Supporting the branch team to achieve sales and service targets
n
- Identifying opportunities to promote Rexel's products and solutions
n
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers and other internal stakeholders
n
- Helping maintain smooth day-to-day branch operations
n




- Contributing to a positive team culture and a strong customer-first environment

Qualifications

n

You are someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for customer service, and takes pride in getting the details right. You bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in building a career in sales and the electrical industry.

You'll Ideally Bring

- Experience in a customer-facing, internal sales, retail sales or service role
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
n
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- A genuine interest in customer service and sales
n
- Experience in electrical wholesale, trades, industrial, building or construction environments will be highly regarded
n
