About the role:

n

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our restaurant operations, ensuring every shift runs like clockwork. Working closely with our Venue Manager and Head Chef, you'll help create a seamless experience for both our guests and staff, playing a vital role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue.

Responsibilities:

- Managing restaurant operations and Functions
n
- Providing professional and friendly service to customers
n




- Engaging with patrons to gauge their satisfaction with food quality and service
n
- Developing menu offerings in collaboration with the kitchen team
n
- Monitoring inventory levels and keeping accurate records of financial transactions
n
- Ensuring compliance with venue regulations
n
- Recruiting, training, and directing front-of-house and kitchen personnel
n
- Working with the functions and events team
n

What we are looking for:

- Ability to work productively and professionally
n
- Strong communication skills to liaise with staff and customers.
n
- A willingness to work in a team setting.
n
- Be willing to work a range of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
n
- You will need an Approved Manager Card
n
- Management experience is desired, but not essential.
n
- Minimum 3 years experience in same or similar role is desirable
