As we continue to grow, we're looking to bring on an Accountant who enjoys working with clients, owning their work, and being part of a firm that is actively building for the long term.

The Role

n

This role is ideal for an experienced public practice accountant who wants:

n

More ownership of clients

n

Direct access to the Director

n

A structured environment with strong systems

n

Exposure to tax planning and structuring discussions

n

You'll work across a portfolio of small business clients, taking responsibility for the preparation and delivery of their accounting and tax work, with support and review from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

n

Prepare and review:

n

Company, trust, partnership, and individual tax returns

n

BAS and related compliance

n





Assist with managing ongoing relationships with a portfolio of business clients

n

Assist with tax planning and structuring discussions where appropriate

n

Work closely with the Director on workflow and client outcomes

n

About You

n

You'll likely have:

n

3–5+ years' experience in public practice

n

Strong technical skills across business accounting and tax

n

Confidence communicating directly with clients

n

A structured and detail-focused approach to work

n

Experience using Xero Practice Manager (XPM) and/or Karbon (highly regarded)

n
