Ganaji Contracting is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors for a major, complex Oil & Gas project in Karratha, WA.

n

This is a high-risk, high-expectation setting operating in live and/or under-construction process plants. These roles are for supervisors who know Oil & Gas, understand permits, productivity, and pressure — and can lead crews safely and decisively.

- Location: Karratha, WA

- FIFO from Perth
n
- Roster: 19 days on / 9 days off
n
- Start: Immediate
n

What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Lead toolbox talks and safety leadership
n
- Control permits and isolations in line with site requirements
n
- Supervise construction & commissioning across one or more crews
n
- Drive productivity and progress to meet critical milestones
n
- Manage labour, plant, cost codes,



and project controls
n
- Execute the programme and escalates risks or delays early
n
- Enforce quality, subcontractor compliance, and site standards
n

Mandatory Requirements:

n

n
- WA Electrical Licence
n
- First Aid (issued within the last 36 months)
n
- CPR / LV Rescue (issued within the last 12 months)
n
- Construction Card (White or Blue)
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
