The Role

This role plays a pivotal part in the day-to-day running of the Dunedoo branch, with a strong focus on stock management, customer service and supporting the branch team.

You will play an important role in ensuring stock is received, stored and presented correctly, while helping to provide a safe, effective and welcoming environment for customers and team members.

Key responsibilities include

- Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock




- Supporting branch operations including stock handling and presentation
- Keeping the Branch, yard and retail areas clean, organised and well presented
- Maintaining a safe organised and professional work environment
- Competent in operating forklifts and loader equipment safely
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
- Working closely with the Branch Manager on safety and compliance

What we are looking for: You will bring a practical mindset and a genuine interest in supporting customers and the broader team.

To succeed in this role, you will:

- Have experience in customer service and or sales
- Enjoy working with people and building trust with customers
- Take pride in doing things properly and paying attention to detail
- Be proactive positive and willing to learn
- General knowledge of maintenance
- Have basic computer skills including invoicing and stock control
- Hold a forklift licence or be willing to obtain one
- Have farm input knowledge or a strong interest in agriculture
