Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering personalised service while creating a supportive and enjoyable team culture. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Strata Manager to join their business.

You will manage a clean and well-maintained portfolio of approximately 55 buildings / 600 lots, with the dedicated support of an Assistant Strata Manager who will assist with the day-to-day administration and portfolio management.

This is an opportunity to step away from the high-volume portfolios often found in larger agencies and enjoy a more manageable workload without sacrificing your earning potential.

The role will include

- Managing a portfolio of approximately 55 buildings / 600 lots
- Building strong relationships with owners and committees
- Chairing and attending AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
- Managing budgets, levies,



insurance and compliance matters
- Providing advice on strata legislation and by-laws
- Working closely with your dedicated Assistant Strata Manager
- Delivering exceptional service across a well-managed portfolio
