As a Supervisor – Power Stations, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a portfolio of power station sites. This role is currently on a 15/13 roster, with a mix of office based (Perth), site and Kalgoorlie.

In this frontline position, you will guide and support site personnel, coordinate day‑to‑day operational activities, and uphold the highest standards of safety, maintenance, and performance.

Your leadership will be essential in driving operational excellence and maintaining Pacific Energy’s commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

- Oversee safe, efficient daily operations across assigned power station sites
- Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ensure compliance with all safety and permit requirements
- Coordinate and support site tasks including maintenance, inspections, servicing, and fault response
- Assist Operators and trades with task execution, equipment use, and safe work practices
- Monitor task completion, operational checks, and site readiness
- Provide clear expectations, feedback, and performance management for Operators and Technicians
- Coach and develop staff through mentoring and on-the-job training

What you’ll bring

- Trade qualification in electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation disciplines relevant to Power Station operations.
- Demonstrated capability to lead teams and manage performance at a site level.
- Proven track record of promoting and enforcing safe work practices in remote or high‑risk environments.
- Strong understanding of safety systems, permit processes, and WHS compliance.
- Effective leadership, communication, and team‑coordination skills.
- Experience delivering feedback, coaching, and managing performance discussions.
- Valid manual driver’s licence.
- Commitment to accountability and a strong safety‑first approach.
