Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Supply Chain Analyst / Logistics Coordinator. The role involves planning and coordinating the movement of solar system materials and components from suppliers to project sites, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.

The individual will analyze demand forecasts, monitor supply chain performance, and update inventory records to support ongoing and upcoming installations. Daily tasks include communicating with vendors and internal teams, resolving logistics issues, and preparing reports on inventory, order status, and supply chain efficiency. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives in procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes for solar projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Demand Planning and Supply Chain Operations to support material flow and project timelines.
- Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management skills to track stock levels,



manage reorder points, and minimize shortages or excess.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements in logistics and supply chain processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal project teams.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in logistics coordination or supply chain roles, familiarity with solar or renewable energy products, proficiency with ERP or inventory management software, and strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent practical experience is valued.
