Our range of offerings includes Home Care support, Independent Living Support, Support Coordination, Plan Management, and Nursing Care for individuals in the disability and aged care sectors. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing personal care such as assisting with showering, dressing, grooming.
- Offering social support by facilitating transportation for social activities, shopping, and medical appointments.
- Performing light household chores including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Assisting participants with complex or challenging needs.
- Providing updates on participant progress after each service.




- Supporting participants in acquiring life skills like cooking, cleaning, dressing, and using transportation to enhance independence.

Requirements:

- Female
- Valid Driver's license
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- First Aid Certificate
- Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability) or more than one year Experience
- Working rights

Job Type: Part time Pay: From $40.00 per hour
