As our services grow, we’re looking for passionate Support Workers to provide outstanding paediatric support to children in the comfort of their homes!
Our ideal candidates are available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week and happy to support multiple clients.
Locations north and South of the river
Duncraig, Wanneroo, Eglington, Butler, Success, Wandi
Shifts:
- Shift days - Monday - Friday
- Shift times between 6:00am – 7pm
- Overnight awake shifts 8pm - 6am
- Shift lengths range from 4 to 10 hours

About the role
- Deliver clinical care including (but not limited to) PEG/NG feeding, suctioning, catheter care, stoma care
- Provide personalised support to children and young people with disabilities and complex needs
- Create safe, joyful environments through age-appropriate activities
- Build trusting relationships and support emotional wellbeing
About you
- Recent clinical experience with complex care needs
- Experience working with children, young people or relevant lived experience
- Full unrestricted Australian driver's licence or ability to obtain
- Strong understanding of professional boundaries
- Meet compliance and training requirements
- Right to work in Australia

- Face to Face Interviews: Successful candidates must be available for a face-to-face interview between the 31st August 2026 - 11th September 2026 at our Osborne Park office. (This is for candidates who are successful after completing the phone interview)
- Compliance & Training: Must be completed no later than the 17th September 2026 to attend the induction
- Induction: Successful candidates must be available for a full-day induction on 24th September 2026 with shifts commencing as early as the 28th September 2026
