✔ Who We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (experience in Japanese cuisine or sushi preparation is highly regarded)
- Proven knife skills and a solid understanding of food safety standards
- Robust speed, efficiency, and attention to detail during peak service hours
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

✔ What You’ll Do

- Prepare fresh ingredients, handle raw fish with precision, and craft high-quality sushi
- Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and taste across all dishes




- Ensure strict adherence to kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth daily service and food prep schedules
- Mentor junior kitchen staff and assist in maintaining overall kitchen organization
