Sushi Maker / All Rounder – Hiring

Location: Melbourne CBD, near Melbourne Central Station

Position: 1 x Sushi Maker / All Rounder

Hours: Approximately 5 days per week

Weekend availability preferred

We are currently looking for a Sushi Maker / All Rounder to join our team.

We are seeking someone with sushi rolling experience and long-term front-of-house/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

● Sushi rolling and preparation

● Cashier and front-of-house service

● Food running and clearing tables

● Cleaning and maintaining store hygiene

● Restocking and organising supplies

● Other general restaurant duties as required

Requirements

● Friendly, warm and approachable personality

● Fluent and accurate English communication skills

● Fast,



effective and flexible

● Responsible and reliable

● Proactive and hardworking

● Previous sushi rolling experience is preferred

● Weekend availability is highly preferred

Pay: From $26.44 per hour
