Salary: $100,000 - $107,000 + Superannuation
Roster: 14 Days On, 7 Days Off
Location: FIFO/BIBO from Brisbane, QLD

We're currently seeking Head Chefs to join our regional Queensland operations. Working in a busy village environment, you'll provide quality meals that help keep our mining communities running safely and efficiently.

The Role

- Lead a high-performing kitchen team in a bulk catering environment
- Oversee meal production across breakfast, crib and dinner services
- Manage food safety, HACCP and quality standards
- Monitor kitchen budgets, food costs and operational performance
- Develop and mentor team members
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships

These are FIFO/BIBO roles from Brisbane on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days.



Casual opportunities are available with the potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.

About You

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
- Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
- FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience desirable but not essential
- Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
- Full Australian working rights
