Pinnacle Sales Group is a growing Sydney sales and marketing company operating across two face-to-face sales divisions. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll join an energetic field team representing established Australian not-for-profit organisations through community-based campaigns.

You’ll work across different Sydney locations, meet new people every day and build genuine rapport through real conversations.

It’s a social, active and people-focused role...ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, meeting new people and working as part of a team.

What you’ll receive

- $37–$47 per hour, depending on experience and progression

- Uncapped weekly commissions and performance bonuses

- Realistic earning potential of $80K–$120K+ OTE

- Fully paid training from your first day

- Daily coaching and practical communication development

- Full time Monday–Friday hours with shorter Fridays

- No weekend work required

Who we’re looking for

- Can commute to Surry Hills and work across Sydney locations
