Course Overview

Aviation Australia’s MCC course prepares pilots for professional multi-crew flight environments by developing the communication, coordination, leadership, and decision-making skills expected by airlines.

Courses are conducted in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, with structured theory and realistic multi-crew simulator scenarios that prepare you for professional flight deck operations.

Develop the non-technical skills required for protected and effective airline operations.

The course is delivered through a professionally structured curriculum,



with sufficient training time to practice realistic multi-crew scenarios under consistent instructor oversight. Training is conducted in a high-fidelity Boeing 737NG Full Flight Simulator Training Device, allowing pilots to consolidate skills and demonstrate professional crew behaviours.

This course is also available as part of Aviation Australia’s AVI60219 Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Pilot In Command) qualification.

- Commercial Pilots Licence
- Instrument Rating
- Pass in CASA ATPL Human Factors (Equivalence exam available)

Course Duration
- 3 days self-paced pre-course study

- 5 days in person Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney OR
- 3 days (accelerated) practical course in person (Brisbane only)

Delivery
- Online self-paced pre-course study, with classroom consolidation on Day 1
- Practical in-person training in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney
- High-fidelity Boeing 737NG Flight Simulation Training Device (FSTD) (16 hours of simulator time)
