About the role

LC Group NQ is looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our growing Mackay-based business. Your role will be a combination of sales, customer relationships and operations coordination. You'll work closely with our Director, team, suppliers and clients to coordinate day-to-day operations while helping build relationships, find new opportunities and grow LC Group NQ.

Key responsibilities

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

- Actively seeking out new clients, projects and sales opportunities

- Following up enquiries, quotes and potential work

- Understanding what our clients need and finding a way to make it happen

- Coordinating quarry material supply, processing, transport and deliveries

- Liaising with truck drivers, operators, suppliers, subcontractors and clients

- Planning daily and upcoming works to keep jobs moving

- Keeping clients informed and communicating clearly when plans change

- Developing an understanding of upcoming projects across Mackay and the surrounding region

- Promoting LC Group NQ and building our presence within the local civil and construction community

- Industry knowledge within the Mackay civil, construction, quarry, transport, earthmoving or raw materials industries is highly regarded
