Step into the role of Club Millésime Manager, where you will lead our Club Millésime operation and be a key ambassador of our “Passion for Excellence”. In this role, you will create personalised luxury experiences with warmth, flair and professionalism, bringing the art of French hospitality to life for every guest. From the first welcome to the final farewell, you will ensure every moment is seamless, refined and memorably elegant.

Leading with confidence and by example, you will oversee the daily operation of Club Millésime, ensuring impeccable service, presentation and attention to detail across every touchpoint. You will anticipate guest needs, introduce innovative service touches and build meaningful relationships with VIP and Accor Plus Platinum guests,



while collaborating closely with all hotel departments to deliver a seamless and elevated guest journey. Your leadership will inspire and empower a team of 20+ ambassadors to consistently uphold the highest standards of sophistication, personalised care and operational excellence.

Beyond the guest experience, you will take ownership of the department’s operational and commercial performance, supporting areas such as budgeting, stock control, payroll, forecasting, reporting and resource management. You will lead the training, coaching and development of your team, foster a culture of accountability and excellence, and use guest feedback and performance insights to continually elevate Club Millésime.
