Job Description

This varied role will suit someone who enjoys working with customers, has an interest in sales, and is happy to support the day-to-day operations of a busy branch.

You will work closely with our customers and branch team to provide exceptional service, while also supporting our warehouse and delivery functions.

A typical day will involve:

- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to a wide range of electrical trades and commercial customers
- Assisting customers in the showroom, over the phone and via email
- Responding to customer enquiries, preparing quotes and processing sales orders
- Building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products and solutions
- Supporting the sales team with product availability, pricing,



order updates and follow-up
- Processing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receiving, checking and booking in incoming stock and purchase orders
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting stocktakes
- Keeping the showroom, warehouse and surrounding areas clean, safe and well organised
- Completing deliveries in a safe and courteous manner while complying with all road rules
- Contributing to our robust safety culture and following all workplace health and safety procedures
