Job Description

Are you a night owl with a sharp eye for detail?

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations while delivering exceptional guest service. This role is key to ensuring accurate reporting, smooth front desk operations, and a safe, welcoming setting overnight.

- Support the Night Manager with daily financial reconciliations and auditing tasks
- Maintain guest accounts and process check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately
- Prepare and distribute reports to relevant departments
- Manage reservation updates and ensure all guest details are accurately recorded
- Uphold safety and confidentiality by following strict overnight security procedures
- Step into Night Manager duties when required
