Ready Resources is a leading provider of workforce solutions across the mining, construction, and maintenance sectors throughout Western Australia. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Perth team on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent chance for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client and candidate relationships within blue-collar and mining recruitment.

About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of mining and maintenance roles throughout WA.

Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and screening candidates for mining and construction projects
Conducting phone interviews and reference checks
Managing candidate onboarding and compliance documentation
Liaising with clients regarding workforce requirements
Preparing and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms
Building and maintaining candidate talent pools
Coordinating mobilisation requirements for FIFO projects




Maintaining accurate candidate records within recruitment systems
Supporting business development and client relationship management
Ensuring a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Robust administration and computer skills
Experience within mining, trades, blue-collar, or labour hire recruitment is highly regarded
A proactive and motivated attitude
