What does the job look like?

Want a driving job where safety, teamwork, and opportunity are always in gear? At Linfox, we keep Australia moving — and we’re looking for a reliable HR Driver to join our Derrimut team.

This is a permanent day shift role, with consistent hours starting from 6AM, and regular overtime available. You’ll be responsible for multi-drop deliveries of industrial products across the Melbourne and Geelong metro area, ensuring goods are delivered safely, on time, and with a customer-first mindset. Key areas:

- Driving to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
- Ensure all freight is securely loaded and restrained in accordance regulatory standards
- Conduct daily pre-start vehicle inspections, promptly reporting any mechanical or safety issues
- Adhere to all road safety regulations, compliance and company policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at every delivery point
- Complete all required delivery documentation accurately.

Are you the one?

If you are an experienced Heavy Vehicle driver, look no further! You can demonstrate:

- A current HR/HC Licence with multi-drop deliveries within the Melbourne metro area
- A valid Dangerous Goods (DG) licence or willing to obtain one




- Confidence operating Electronic Pallet Jacks (EPJs), tailgates, and using straps and chains for load restraint
- Proven ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence
- A positive attitude and proactive mindset — you take pride in doing the job right
