We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift / Warehouse Operator to join our valued client at their state-of-the-art engineering, repair and logistics facility in Kemps Creek.

This impressive 30,000+ sqm facility provides technical supply chain, refurbishment and logistics solutions across the telecommunications, mobility and consumer electronics industries.

About the role:

You will play an important role in supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory control and protected material handling.
Key responsibilities include:

- Receiving, inspecting and processing inbound equipment and materials
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Loading, unloading, moving and storing materials safely
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks and RF scanners
- Completing inventory movements, cycle counts and stocktakes
- Performing basic computer and data entry tasks
- Ensuring customer equipment is handled carefully and accurately




- Conducting routine equipment checks and reporting faults
- Following site traffic management and forklift procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for:
To be successful, you will have:

- Current LF Forklift Licence - essential
- Reach Forklift experience preferred, or willingness to undertake reach forklift training and assessment
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing, logistics or distribution
- Experience with receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control
- RF scanner and/or Warehouse Management System experience is desirable
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets
- Reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
