About the role
The Senior 3D Artist plays a key role in the creative and technical delivery of high-end imagery for architectural visualisation. You will deliver projects from concept through to final output, demonstrating a strong eye for spatial composition, styling, lighting and photorealism. Working closely with fellow artists, creative director and project/production managers, you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading visuals that elevate design intent and drive project success.
Key responsibilities
- Create high quality, photorealistic interior and exterior visualisations, ensuring visual accuracy of materials, finishes, fixtures, landscaping and layouts
- Apply expert-level knowledge of Corona, 3ds Max, Photoshop and AI software for 3D imagery across both interior and exterior imagery
- Interpret design documentation, architectural drawings, FF&E; schedules and mood boards to inform scene setup and styling with consideration of current design trends, material applications and site/context factors
- Provide the visual styling, lighting, composition and camera setups of interior and exterior scenes, including furniture selection, landscaping and external finishes, colour palettes, lighting mood and accessories
- Work closely with the Creative Director, Project Managers and other team members to interpret briefs and meet client expectations, across both interior and exterior deliverables
- Execute finished art and AI work using Photoshop or AI software to refine final outputs for your own work and the work of other artists
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to team-wide skill development across interior and exterior workflows
- Manage your time across various projects while adhering to project deadlines and quality standards
About you
- Proven track record as a 3D Artist producing photorealistic visualisations, with demonstrated experience across both interior and exterior visualisation
- Expert-level proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer, with strong working knowledge of Photoshop and AI-assisted imaging tools
- Solid ability to interpret architects' design packs and creative briefs, including design documentation and reference imagery, to accurately inform scene setup and styling
- Solid grasp of materials, lighting and atmosphere across interior and exterior contexts
- Solid composition and camera skills, with an eye for staging that suits both intimate interior scenes and broader exterior/contextual shots
- Awareness of current design and architectural trends relevant to residential/commercial property marketing
- Excellent time-management skills, able to prioritise and deliver across multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs accurately, work within established studio workflows, and receive feedback constructively as part of an iterative creative process
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or support junior artists, with an interest in contributing to team skill development
