This represents an amazing opportunity with a ultra modern boutique accounting firm based in the Inner Southern Suburbs. This firm has been in operation for 30+ years and going through a sustained period of growth.

POSITION

Due to strong growth and internal restructuring the position of Senior Administrator has been created.

The role will involve the following:

- Provide high level administrative support to the accounting team
- Client relationship management
- Managing workflow and deadlines
- Liaising with the ATO
- ASIC Corporate Compliance
- Database management
- Any other administrative duties as required

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- 5+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Experience with all facets of public practice administration
- Extensive client relationship management experience
- Outstanding attention to detail is non negotiable
- Experience with cloud based software programs would be highly desirable




- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to be a team player
