The Role

Working from our Ferntree Gully premises, we are seeking a driven and problem solving Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our organisation in a full-time role.

As Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Being the first point of contact for our customers and handling queries re product details, availability and pricing

- Processing orders, invoicing and confirming details with customers

- Assisting customers who come on site and facilitating any sales that may occur within the showroom

- Assisting with maintaining the office, including ordering supplies and co-ordinating mail and deliveries





- Updating websites as required and assisting in the preparation of communication materials for customers

Role requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

- Several years experience in a similar role. Experience with hardware, trade and/or building industry customers would be advantageous

- A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience is required for this position

- Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders

- A strong eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously and within a team setting

- Initiative and problem solving skills

- Strong Microsoft Office skills - with xero exposure advantageous

- Experience with CRM software is advantageous (not essential)

- Australian work rights are required for this position
