About the role

As part of the Sales Team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food environment. We're open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 5am and 6pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver rapid, friendly customer service
- Prepare and serve high-quality food, beverages, and coffee
- Maintain merchandising standards to create an inviting store environment
- Follow Banjo's established Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices to help maintain a safe workplace

About you

- A positive, confident team player who enjoys delivering excellent customer service
- Previous customer service experience is desirable
- Reliable, well-organised,



and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who loves a challenge and is eager to learn, develop, and grow with Banjo's
