#1000 Bread is a thriving artisan bakery known for our handcrafted bread, pastries, and welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a seasoned Front-of-House Manager to join our leadership team and take ownership of our front-of-house operations.

This is not a typical supervisory role. We are looking for a true partner—someone with the experience, drive, and leadership skills to run the front-of-house.

- Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years managing the front-of-house in a high-volume café, bakery, or restaurant.

- A True Leader: Who has the confidence to manage, the empathy to support, and the authority to be respected by the team.

- Crisis Management Pro: Who can handle a busy rush, a difficult customer, or a staff call-out without missing a beat.

- Business Minded: Who truly cares about sales, waste, and efficiency.

- Passionate About Food & Coffee: Who understands the pace of a bakery and appreciate quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full Operational Management: Oversee all front-of-house activities, from opening to closing,



ensuring seamless daily operations.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and inspire a dedicated front-of-house team, fostering a culture of excellence and warmth.

- Customer Experience: Be the primary point of contact for guests, building lasting relationships and ensuring every visit is exceptional.

- Service Flow Optimization: Manage busy service periods, coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate orders, and maintain an inviting workplace.

- Inventory & Supplies: Manage front-of-house inventory, including retail products, ingredients and packaging supplies, and place orders as needed.

- Financial Oversight: Handle daily cash reconciliation, monitor front-end sales, and contribute to budget management to drive profitability.
