Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed manufacturing and production documentation for custom cabinetry projects.

- Develop and maintain Cabinet Vision drawings, reports and production outputs.

- Generate CNC-ready manufacturing data and machine files.

- Review project designs for buildability, accuracy and production efficiency.

- Coordinate project workflows, schedules and production requirements.

- Liaise with designers, suppliers, trades and installation teams throughout project delivery.

- Assist with procurement and material planning activities.

- Maintain quality control standards and ensure documentation accuracy.

- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and production processes.

- Provide technical support and problem-solving across multiple projects.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 5 years' experience within custom cabinetry or high-end residential joinery.

- Advanced Cabinet Vision proficiency (essential).

- Strong understanding of cabinetry construction techniques and manufacturing processes.





- Experience producing detailed manufacturing documentation for premium residential projects.

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Highly Regarded

- Experience in CNC manufacturing environments.

- Knowledge of premium hardware systems such as Hettich, Blum or similar.

- Experience across kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms and whole-home joinery.

- Understanding of procurement, scheduling and project coordination.
