Kinexus is a specialist defence and national security recruitment agency with over 25 years of working and specialising in the industry. We have partnered with a large, established Australian Microsoft partner with a rapidly growing footprint in defence and federal government, to build a pipeline of skilled Microsoft technology specialists ahead of digital transformation projects in the federal government sector.

We're looking to hear from experienced professionals with 5+ years' experience across one or more of the following Microsoft technology domains:

- Data & AI - Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Copilot and AI-driven data solutions
- Azure - cloud infrastructure, architecture, engineering and administration
- Microsoft 365 (M365) - up-to-date workplace, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online
- Dynamics 365 (D365) - Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations or Power Platform




- Intune & Endpoint Management - device management and modern endpoint deployment
- Microsoft Defender & Sentinel - security operations, threat detection and response
- Entra ID - identity and access management, conditional access and hybrid identity

What's needed from you:

- Minimum 5+ years' relevant experience in one or more of the Microsoft technology areas listed above
- Active or reinstatable NV1 or NV2 security clearance
- Strong hands-on technical expertise within your specialisation
- Experience working within defence or federal government environments
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (desirable)
