Work predominantly with children under five across physical disability, higher-level cerebral palsy, rare genetic disorders and neurological conditions, with a strong focus on hands-on rehabilitation and emerging rehabilitation technology.

Why You'll Love this Role:

- Specialised Paediatric Caseload: Work predominantly with children under five with physical disabilities, rare genetic disorders, neurological conditions and higher-level cerebral palsy, as well as children completing motor rehabilitation following brain tumour treatment.
- Manageable Client Load: Approximately six clients per clinic day and fewer than 30 per week, or around five clients on home visit days, with at least one to two hours of protected administration time each day.
- Clinic & Community Mix: Around 60% clinic-based, with community and home visits making up a maximum of approximately 40% for children requiring treatment outside the clinic.
- Professional Development & Support: Receive a $2,000 annual PD allowance, weekly discipline-specific meetings focused on mentoring and complex cases, plus regular in-person and online supervision.
- Supported Onboarding: Spend your first few weeks settling into the clinic and shadowing an existing clinician, followed by a gradual introduction to clients over approximately one to two months depending on experience.
- Emerging Rehabilitation Technology: Work with emerging technology, including robotic walking devices, as part of a hands-on approach to paediatric rehabilitation.
- NDIS & Private Caseload:



Approximately 80% NDIS and 20% private paediatric musculoskeletal clients within an established service.
- Purpose-Built Environment: Work across open treatment areas and individual treatment rooms, with nearby outdoor spaces also used for therapy.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Minimum 2-3 years of paediatric physiotherapy experience
- Experience working with children with physical disabilities
- CME or DMI training preferred
- Comfortable working with moderately complex paediatric clients
- Working with Children Check
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Driver's licence and own vehicle
