We are looking for a passionate and creative Head Chef/ COOK to join our fast-growing hospitality group. Key responsibilities

- Lead and guide a kitchen team with passion, creativity, and strong leadership skills

- Manage kitchen operations in a senior kitchen role

- Work with Mediterranean cooking and global cuisine influences

About you

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role as a cook

- Culinary diploma or qualified cooking qualification





- Minimum 4 years of hands-on kitchen experience

- Solid background in Mediterranean cooking with an open approach to global influences

- Knowledge of gluten-free and vegan cuisine (highly valued)
