Civil & Landscape Project Manager

Plotworks is on the hunt for an experienced Civil & Landscape Project Manager who knows how to run a job from tender stage to final completion. You’ll lead from the front, keep the wheels turning, and still have a laugh along the way.

What you’ll be doing:

- Oversee multiple civil and landscape projects across Adelaide

- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships

- Keep quality, safety, and delivery front of mind (no shortcuts)

- Support site supervisors and field teams to get the best out of every project

- Assist our estimator with tenders as required

- Report directly to the GM and contribute to future growth

- Comply with ISO accreditation standards

What we’re looking for:





- Proven experience in civil and/or landscape project management

- Strong understanding of Earthworks, Stormwater, Irrigation, landscaping & everything in between

- Confident communicator who can lead, coordinate, and problem-solve

- Proficient in Microsoft office suite. 'Fieldwire' & 'Bluebeam' experience an advantage

- Organised & Goal Driven

- A sense of humour and the ability to stay cool when under pressure
