Civil / Landscape Supervisor

Not all heroes wear capes… some wear hi-vis. We’re on the hunt for a Civil/Landscape Supervisor who can juggle people, projects, and plant without breaking a sweat.

You’ll be the one calling the shots on site — making sure concrete gets poured, turf gets laid, and crews are humming along like a well-oiled excavator. If you love problem-solving on the fly, turning plans into reality, and keeping both clients and crews smiling, this is your gig.

What you’ll be doing:

- Leading and motivating crews on civil & landscape projects

- Keeping jobs on track, on budget, and up to standard

- Being the go-to person between clients, subcontractors & suppliers

- Making safety a habit, not a hassle

What we’re looking for:

- Previous supervisor/leading hand experience (civil and/ or landscape construction)





- Solid knowledge of earthworks, concreting, stormwater & landscaping

- A natural leader - Someone who leads from the front and gets respect on site

- A good sense of humour!
